Gragnano PGI Fettucce – 28 Pasta Makers

Fettucce di Gragnano PGI, wider than classic linguine, are so named because they resemble strips of fabric. And if the fabric is pasta… the dress is appetizing! Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, bronze-drawn to best hold sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all of their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; it doesn’t require instructions or timing; it’s simply a matter of tasting to see when it’s just the way you like it.
