Smooth Paccheri from Gragnano PGI – 28 Pasta Makers

Paccheri Lisci di Gragnano PGI are the symbol of Gragnano Pasta, and their name evokes the “pacca,” or slap, given in a friendly manner with an open hand. To fully enjoy this iconic shape, listen to the sound it makes when you plate it. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Gragnano Pasta PGI, they are bronze-drawn to best hold sauces, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; it doesn’t require instructions or timing; it’s simply a matter of tasting it to understand when it’s just the way you like it.
