Smooth Half Paccheri from Gragnano PGI – 28 Pasta Makers

Mezzi Paccheri Lisci di Gragnano PGI are a smaller version of the classic Paccheri, the symbol of Gragnano Pasta. Whether dressed or stuffed, they always delight the palate. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Gragnano Pasta PGI, they are bronze-drawn to best retain sauces and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; it doesn’t require instructions or timing; it’s simply a matter of tasting to see when it’s just the way you like it.
