‘-A bottom-fermented light beer produced with 100% raw materials grown in Veneto . Serenissima is a celebration of Venetian roots and “Venetian roots.” Infused with Radicchio Rosso di Treviso PGI , an ingredient that lends a rich, distinctive flavor. The tasting experience begins with the sweetness of the malt , which strikes you at the first sip. This is followed by an explosion of herbaceous freshness that fades delicately, leaving the persistent and pleasantly bitter taste of radicchio in the mouth. Serenissima is ideal for lovers of bitter flavours .
