Pompia liqueur is made from the peel of an endemic citrus fruit, an ancient and mysterious fruit among the typical plant species of the Siniscola area. It is produced by Elisir Liquori artisanally from the maceration of pompia, free of preservatives and dyes faithful to an ancient family recipe, exclusively with the fruits of the territory of Siniscola.
