Winemaking method: Obtained from the selection of the best grapes of our territory harvested exclusively by hand in 15 kg crates. Maceration takes place in a cold press. The first alcoholic fermentation of the musts takes place in temperature-controlled steel vats. This is followed by yeast racking and bottling with crown cap. Description: Brilliant ruby color. The nose releases a beautiful and intense bouquet of small red fruits (currant, wild strawberry), raspberry, cherry, accompanied by floral notes of fresh rose and peony. Gourmand, fun mouthfeel in a wonderful marriage of freshness and slight savoriness. – Grape Variety: Pure vinification of grapes found on the alluvial soils of the Secchia River.
