– Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante D.O.C. BRUT. Classic Method. Winemaking method: Lambrusco Rosé di Modena Spumante D.O.C. is made from a selection of the best Sorbara grapes harvested exclusively by hand in maximum 17-kg crates. The bunches are treated with care to avoid any damage during transport and arrival at the winery. Pressing is done according to strict fractionation criteria. The must undergoes clarification followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperatures. After six months, carefully selected yeasts are added and bottled. The bottles finish the refermentation placed horizontally at a constant temperature of 12°C. After remuage and subsequent dégorgement, the liqueur d’expédition is added. Description: This Lambrusco shows a beautiful soft pink “dress”, furrowed by a delicate froth in its carbonic bubbles. Magical nose with rich bouquet of aromatic memories of raspberry and wild strawberry combined with hints of old rose and pomegranate tones. Vigorously acidic mouthfeel, with that touch of refined savoriness that entices as much sipping as pairing. Good body. Lambrusco di Sorbara Spumante D.O.C. BRUT.
