-150g glass jar. Both freshly picked and preserved tomatoes can be used for the production of Regina Tomato Jam. After selection and careful washing in special steel tanks, the tomatoes are put to cook with brown sugar. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: A high-quality artisanal product made from freshly harvested or preserved tomatoes. After being selected and thoroughly washed, the tomatoes are cooked with brown sugar until a gelatinous mixture is obtained. The resulting product is blended, completing the cooking process with lemon zest and vanilla. The jam is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. PAIRINGS: Regina tomato jam goes well with aged cheeses. It can also be served as a mustard, paired with red and white meats. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C (93°F). Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over. In case of undamaged packaging, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal. The packaging material is reusable and contains no plastic. The packaging is recyclable. Gelatinous, red/dark brown in color. Upon opening, the scent of lemon is immediately noticeable, later the scent of sweet tomato and a light fragrance of vanilla stand out on the nose.
