They are then simmered with sugar and cooked over a very gentle flame. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: A high-quality artisanal product made from freshly harvested quinces. After being cut into pieces, they are soaked in lemon juice, mixed with sugar and cooked over a very gentle flame. The pulp is blended. The jam is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. PAIRINGS: It goes well with both sweet and savory dishes, with firm cheeses, with white meats or for preparing and filling desserts. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages in case of tipping. In case of undamaged packaging, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is airtight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal. The packaging material is reusable and contains no plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL EXAMINATION : Gelatinous, yellow/brownish in color. OLFACTIVE EX AMINATION: Upon opening, the scent of cooked quince is immediately perceived, and later the slight fragrance of lemon stands out to the sense of smell.
