-180g glass jar. Freshly harvested vegetables are used to make Pumpkin and Zucchini Pesto. After washing and hulling the Pumpkins and cleaning the zucchini flowers, everything is blended together with almonds, basil, oil and lemon juice to obtain a creamy mixture. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product made from freshly picked zucchini and squash blossoms. After being washed and cleaned, the squash blossoms are blended with the other seasonings to obtain a cream. The product is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. PAIRINGS: Pumpkin and Squash Blossom Pesto is particularly suitable for the preparation of light and tasty pasta dishes, meat or fish risottos, and for seasoning hot crostini. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over. If packaging is not intact, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is airtight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal. The packaging material is reusable and contains no plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL EXAMINATION : Light yellow color tending to green. OLFACTIVE EXAMINATION: Upon opening, the scent of squash blossoms can be smelled, followed by the aroma of basil and almonds.
