-295 g glass jar. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product made from freshly harvested raw materials. After sautéing the onion and flavorings, fresh tomato puree and oregano leaves are added. The product is potted and pasteurized to preserve the organoleptic aspects and to be able to store it even at room temperature for several months. PAIRINGS: The best use of oregano sauce is as a pasta sauce. The contents of the package are useful for seasoning 2/3 servings (about 250 g of pasta).
