PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality product made from freshly harvested basil. After being washed and cleaned of yellowed stems and leaves, the basil is blended raw with the other ingredients to make a cream. The mixture is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. PAIRINGS: “Basil Pesto” is ideal for seasoning pasta, baked recipes or pizza. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over. If packaging is not intact, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is airtight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal.
