The cream is pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. PAIRINGS: This cream is best tried as an appetizer, spread on toasted bread. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from sources of light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over.
