• SPRITZ: Sweet and citrusy, with elegant notes that enhance the creaminess of goat cheeses.
• NEGRONI: rich and enveloping, with a flavor profile that goes well with sheep’s milk cheeses.
• MARTINI COCKTAIL: dry and refined, a sophisticated choice to accompany aged cheeses.
• GIN MULE: Lively and spicy, with a touch of ginger that complements flowery rind cheeses.
• GIN TONIC: Intense and aromatic, with fresh, botanical notes that enhance the complexity of blue cheeses.

SPRITZ JELLY: water, sugar, Aperol, prosecco, agar agar, orange peel, natural flavors.
NEGRONI JELLY: water, sugar, BUGIN gin, Red Vermouth, bitter, agar agar, natural flavors.
MARTINI COCKTAIL Jelly: water, sugar, Vermouth Dry, gin BUGIN, agar agar, natural flavors.
GIN MULE Jelly: water, sugar, gin BUGIN, lime juice, ginger, agar agar, natural flavors.
GIN TONIC Jelly: water, sugar, gin BUGIN, tonic water, agar agar, natural flavors.
