Our interpretation is Goat-because “Bock,” beyond the Alps, really means “goat.” An animal with a nice caret. We wanted to create a beer with a full, rounded flavor, wherehints of caramel and toast envelop you and win you over. Our Goat goes well with robust, flavorful meat dishes, but also with dessert.
