Dosaggio Zero 2019 – Pretto Prosciutteria

Dosaggio Zero is made with grapes from the terraced vineyards of Montorfano, adjacent to the winery’s headquarters, and other vineyards.
Montorfano’s ancient, iron-rich soils characterize this wine with minerality and flavor that add to the richness of the grapes, which are harvested at perfect phenological ripeness.
It is the only Franciacorta that is produced by the winery every year, vintage after vintage. Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero. Vintage 2019. Chardonnay 75% and Pinot Blanc 25%. Production of 14,000 bottles. Maturation on lees minimum 30 months. Bottle aging after disgorgement at least six months
