After washing and cleaning the arugula is blended with almonds, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice salt and vinegar to obtain a cream. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product made from freshly harvested arugula. After being washed and cleaned, the arugula is blended with the other seasonings to obtain a cream. The product is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. PAIRINGS: Pesto di Rucole is excellent for seasoning orecchiette, pasta, baked recipes, pizzas, panzerotti, bruschetta but also cheeses. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over. In case of undamaged packaging, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal.
