PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: A high-quality artisanal product made from freshly picked apricots. The jam is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation of the product. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from sources of light and heat in hygienic environments at a maximum temperature of 33°C (93°F). Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over. In case of undamaged packaging, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is airtight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal. The packaging material is reusable and contains no plastic. The packaging is recyclable. Gelatinous, bright orange color.
