Excellent meditation spirit for the end of a meal, with notes of sour cherry stone. Great pairing with dark chocolate, but also excellent as a base for Cocktails such as Mojito.
Ingredients: Distilled sour cherry residues and fermenting wine. Method of processing: At the end of must fermentation, much of the wine is stored in steel barrels for the production of visciolata, while the end of the barrel, together with ground sour cherry and stone residues, is destined for the production of AMMALIA brandy. The distillation system is steam bain-marie, discontinuous method. The precious elixir that is born has an alcohol content of 75°. Ammalia is then diluted with spring water from Mount Nero, which gives it genuineness and purity, creating an exclusive, limited-production product. Alcohol content: 40% Vol. Serving temperature: 13-16°. Excellent at the end of a meal as a dessert wine, paired with dry pastries and dark chocolate. Also excellent as an aperitif paired with Prosecco (so-called Spritzsciola). Ideal base for cocktails and for cooking red meats.
