-This 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, produced by conventional agriculture, is distinguished by its intense and strong flavor with spicy and bitter notes. With a higher concentration of polyphenols, it offers excellent antioxidant properties. Appearance and Profile: Intense green color with golden hues, aroma of fresh grass, artichoke and tomato, and a rich and complex taste. Ideal Pairings: Perfect for bruschetta, blue fish au gratin, legumes, octopus marinades and aged cheeses. Excellent for both hot and cold dishes.
-100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from conventional agriculture, has an intense and decisive, spicy flavor with bitter hints, generally contains three times as many polyphenols as a normal oil, and as a result is an oil with great antioxidant capabilities. What it looks like: The oil has a deep green color with slight, subtle golden highlights, and in addition to the coloring, the fruity and herbaceous smells bewitch and captivate. The scent of freshly mowed grass, enriched with that of artichoke, tomato, and spicy touches, make it sublime on the palate.
