A unique type of garlic called Aglione is found here, with cloves much larger than those of regular garlic and bulbs that often exceed 500 g. Aglione is much sweeter and less pungent than ordinary garlic. Widely used in many traditional Tuscan recipes, once tried it will be impossible to do without.
