-Carton of 12 bottles 700g. Classic passata is made from 100% Apulia tomatoes harvested by hand only 48 hours before processing. A thick puree with a sweet but savory flavor and a bright ruby red color. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested tomatoes. Within forty-eight hours after the harvest, the product is sorted and washed in special steel tanks. The tomatoes are cooked and pureed. The product is potted and pasteurized, ensuring preservation. PAIRINGS: Excellent in the preparation of pasta sauces, baked recipes, pizzas and panzerotti. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping packages and check the condition of packages if they are tipped over. If packaging is not intact, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is airtight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal. The packaging material is reusable and contains no plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL EXAMINATION : Dense and compact, bright red in color. OLFACTIVE EX AMINATION: Aroma of fresh tomato. TASTE EX AMINATION: Delicate taste, with rustic connotation, extremely savory due to the use of brackish water to irrigate the plant. -Ingredients: Organic Italian Penny tomato, organically grown Regina tomato (from Puglia – IT) and salt.
