When Zabà encounters Piedmont’s oldest Moscato Passito, the yellow color is enhanced with amber highlights and speaks of a stubborn tradition. Passrì exudes the aromas of the finest grapes from the Scrapona vineyard, first selected and hand-picked, then dried and vinified according to the historic Strevi method. The starting point is always the same idea of goodness: fresh free-range eggs, 100% Italian sugar, and a traditional recipe.
