Swordfish Sauce – Adelfio

Excellent as a pasta sauce or as an accompaniment to main courses. Adelfio Swordfish Sauce is made with fresh swordfish, tomato, onion, and a touch of white wine. The aroma of swordfish pairs perfectly with the tomato, creating a rich and flavorful sauce. This sauce is perfect for long pasta dishes like spaghetti, but also lends itself to risottos or fish dishes. A fresh and tasty reinterpretation of Sicilian cuisine. Ready-made, simply heat it and pour it over drained pasta, adding toasted breadcrumbs if desired. Packaged in a 300g jar.
Ingredients : Tomato sauce 45%, swordfish 35%, aubergines, sultanas, pine nuts, onion, mint, olive oil, salt, black pepper. Net weight : 300 g. Shelf life : 4 years from production date. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
