PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product obtained from freshly picked, crisp peppers. After being washed and cut and having lost the excess water, the peppers are macerated with sugar and vinegar. They are seasoned with extra virgin olive oil. The product is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring its preservation. PAIRINGS: Perfect paired with legumes or meats. It can also be used to season pasta and baked vegetables. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in a hygienic place. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal.
