-A low fermentation pale ale brewed with 100 percent raw materials grown in the Veneto region. Serenissima is a celebration of Veneto and “Veneto roots.” Infused with Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP, an ingredient that imparts a rich and distinctive flavor. The tasting experience begins with the sweetness of malt, which hits you with the first sip. This is followed by an explosion of herbaceous freshness that gently fades, leaving the lingering, pleasantly bitter taste of radicchio in the mouth. Serenissima is ideal for lovers of bitter flavors.
