– 150g glass jar. To make Regina Tomato Jam, you can use either freshly picked or preserved tomatoes. After selection and thorough washing in special steel tanks, the tomatoes are cooked with cane sugar. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product, made from freshly picked or preserved tomatoes. After being selected and carefully washed, the tomatoes are cooked with brown sugar until they become a gelatinous mixture. The resulting product is blended, completing the cooking with lemon zest and vanilla. The jam is bottled and pasteurized, ensuring the product’s preservation. PAIRINGS: Regina Tomato jam pairs well with aged cheeses. It can also be served as a mustard, paired with red and white meats. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in a hygienic environment at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable. Gelatinous, dark red/brown in colour. Upon opening, the scent of lemon is immediately noticeable, followed by the scent of sweet tomato and a light hint of vanilla. Delicate tomato flavor with a fragrant note of lemon and vanilla.
