– 140g glass jar. Fresh quinces are used to make Quince Jam . The quinces are cut into small pieces and mixed with lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing. They are then cooked with sugar over a very low heat. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product, made from freshly picked quinces. After being cut into pieces, they are moistened with lemon juice, mixed with sugar and cooked over a low flame. The pulp is blended. The jam is bottled and pasteurized, ensuring the product’s preservation. PAIRINGS: It pairs beautifully with both sweet and savory dishes, with strong cheeses, with white meats, or as a dessert filling. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in a hygienic environment at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL ANALYSIS: Gelatinous, yellow/brownish in color.
