-Produced with fresh pasteurized sheep’s milk, natural rennet, selected milk enzymes and salt from Saline di Volterra. Precious Saffron of San Gimignano D.O.P. in stigmas is added to the curd, giving the paste a delicate flavor and the unmistakable scentof saffron. The paste is fresh and soft with a characteristic golden yellow color. Pairings: Excellent enjoyed alone at room temperature for an aperitif or accompanied with acacia honey.
