After washing and cleaning the pumpkins and zucchini flowers, the mixture is blended with almonds, basil, oil, and lemon juice to obtain a creamy mixture. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product made from freshly picked pumpkin and zucchini flowers. After being washed and cleaned, the courgette flowers are blended with the other seasonings to obtain a cream. The product is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring its preservation. PAIRINGS: Pumpkin and Zucchini Flower Pesto is particularly suitable for preparing light and delicious first courses, meat or fish risottos, and for seasoning hot crostini. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from sources of light and heat in a hygienic environment. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL ANALYSIS: Light yellow tending towards green.
