After washing and removing the toughest stems and yellowed leaves, they are cooked in previously boiled water until slightly tender. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested turnip greens. After being washed and cleaned, the turnip tops are cooked in water until tender. They are cooled and seasoned with oil, lemon juice, spicy oil, vinegar and salt. The product is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring its preservation. PAIRINGS: Stewed turnips are excellent with meat, cured meats, and cheeses, but also as a topping for baked dishes, pizzas, panzerotti, and focaccia. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in a hygienic environment. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal.
