265g glass jar . Freshly picked prickly pears are used to make Prickly Pear Jam . The figs, cut into small pieces, are blanched for a couple of minutes and then strained to remove the seeds. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product obtained from freshly picked prickly pears. After being cut, the prickly pears are passed through a sieve to remove the seeds. They are cooked with sugar until they obtain a gelatinous consistency. The product is bottled and pasteurized, ensuring its preservation. PAIRINGS: It pairs well with spicy and semi-spicy cheeses, accompanied by a crunchy toast, and can be used as a condiment. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from sources of light and heat in a hygienic environment at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL ANALYSIS: Gelatinous, yellow/orange in color.
