PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product, made from freshly picked figs. After being cut into pieces, the figs are moistened with lemon juice, mixed with sugar and cooked over a low heat. The pulp is blended. The jam is bottled and pasteurized, ensuring the product’s preservation. PAIRINGS: This jam pairs beautifully with spicy and semi-spicy cheeses. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from sources of light and heat, in a hygienic environment. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal.
