PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: High-quality artisanal product obtained from freshly harvested aubergines. After being washed and cleaned, the aubergines are left to macerate in vinegar and salt. They are squeezed, seasoned with mint, garlic, chili pepper and covered in extra virgin olive oil. The product is jarred and pasteurized, ensuring its preservation. PAIRINGS: Eggplants in oil can be enjoyed as a quick appetizer in the summer, but they become the star of the show on toasted bread or roasted on bruschetta in the winter; they also pair excellently with meat dishes. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in a hygienic environment. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use.
