The product is jarred and pasteurized to preserve its organoleptic qualities and can be stored at room temperature for several months. PAIRINGS: The best use for this white artichoke sauce is as a pasta sauce. The contents of the package are sufficient for seasoning 2/3 portions (approximately 250 g of pasta). Once the pasta is cooked, add the sauce and sauté for 1-2 minutes. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store away from light and heat in a hygienic place.
