– Foglie d’Ulivo pasta with spinach combines the artistic look of olive leaves with the fresh taste of spinach. -The pasta, inspired by nature, has a bright green color and a slightly grassy flavor thanks to the fresh spinach incorporated into the dough. Foglie di Ulivo are an artisanal pasta format with a characteristic shape reminiscent of olive tree leaves. -They have a rough, porous texture that makes it ideal for being enveloped in all kinds of sauces: red or plain sauces, vegetable, fish or meat based, Foglie will always be perfect, al dente and flavorful. Like all Valle del Crati durum wheat semolina pasta, Foglie di Ulivo is produced handcrafted with selected Italian grains; thanks to low-temperature drying, the pasta maintains a high protein and nutrient content. –How to cook Olive Leaves: Olive Leaves go well with full-bodied tomato and meat sauces, but their texture and porosity also make them perfect for vegetable, mushroom and plain fish sauces. They will make any pasta dish special and distinctive! –Tips for perfect cooking: Use 6 liters of water for 500 g, Salt and when the water boils, pour in the pasta. Stir occasionally. When cooked, drain and season to taste.
