Thanks to their tubular shape, Tubettoni Rigati di Gragnano PGI (Gragnano Rigati) hold all the sauce inside. They’re recommended with legumes and in soups. They’re also excellent with clams and mussels. Made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI, they’re bronze-drawn to best hold the sauce, and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; there’s no need for instructions or timing; you just have to taste it to see when it’s just the way you like it.
