-From the name of the German city of Einbeck, in Lower Saxony, comes Bock: a bottom-fermented style that has been handed down from the Middle Ages to the present day . Our interpretation is Goat… because “Bock”, beyond the Alps, actually means “billy goat” . An animal with a nice little character. We wanted to create a beer with a full, rounded flavour, where hints of caramel and toasted notes envelop and conquer you. Our Goat goes well with robust and tasty meat dishes , but also with dessert. The redhead that rocks. 100% craftsmanship .
-Alc. 6.5%. Vol. 33cl. Beer color: red.
