In our family, traditional fresh pesto has the authentic flavor of the one prepared by Grandma Bugi , always served fresh. The basil we use is Genoese DOP basil, grown in our countryside and also certified organic. All the authenticity of a one-of-a-kind product, so delicious, flavorful, and delicate that it can be used on Ligurian first courses, enjoyed directly on crostini, or to add a touch of flavor to an octopus salad.

Available in a 100g glass jar.

INGREDIENTS: Extra virgin olive oil, Genoese basil DOP 28%, cashews*, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP*, salt, pine nuts, garlic, acidifier: E330, antioxidant: E300. (Organic Product). Store in the refrigerator at 0/+4°.
