Our exclusive ” Caviale del Centa ,” a jewel in the crown of our tradition, is a delicious spread made with Taggiasca olives, capers, and anchovies. Its imaginative name comes from the small river that flows through our city, Albenga. A truly unexpected product, worth trying as a filling for piadinas, sandwiches, and also as a pasta sauce or side dish for vegetables. Available in three glass jars: 100g, 180g, and 770g.
INGREDIENTS: Olive paste, 70% Taggiasca olives in brine, extra virgin olive oil, 5% capers, 4% anchovy paste*, aromatic herbs. The product may contain small pieces of the stone.
