Conca d’oro is the name of the Pachino district where Marzamemi is located. We decided to give this name to our new cherry tomato pâté in honor of the districts of Pachino where cherry tomatoes are grown. Excellent as a pasta sauce, it also makes a great base for gourmet sauces. It’s also delicious as a spread.
Ingredients : Sun-dried cherry tomatoes 49%, sunflower oil 11%, olive oil 15%, basil, capers, oregano, mint, garlic, chili pepper, vinegar. Net weight : 200 g. Shelf life : 36 months from production date; keep refrigerated after opening.
