Traditional olive growers continue to use traditional, natural processing methods to obtain products with a high organoleptic profile ; the olives are pressed with stone mills. To preserve all its organoleptic characteristics and precious substances with undisputed beneficial properties for our health, such as polyphenols , monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E. Extra virgin olive oil chili pepper has as its characteristic an already aromatic oil to which it was thought to add various Natural flavors selected from our own territory—we’re in the pristine hills of Basilicata, rich in essences and herbs—all of which contribute to making this an even more special and versatile condiment, perfect for adding a distinctive touch to your recipes. This delicately spicy oil can be used both as a condiment and to marinate meat or fish before grilling. Its slightly spicy flavor makes it perfect for seasoning pasta, bruschetta, cold pasta dishes, or even rice salads.
