Organic Artichoke White Sauce – Luisa Pantaleo

-295g glass jar. Artichokes are hulled cut and placed in water and lemon so as not to blacken. They are sautéed with, garlic and artichokes in extra virgin olive oil, then cooked until the mixture is obtained. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES: After being washed and cleaned, the artichokes are placed in water and lemon to prevent blackening. They are chopped and added to the sautéed onion. At three-quarters of the way through cooking, some of the sauce is blended to give a creamier texture. The product is potted and pasteurized to preserve the organoleptic aspects and can also be stored at room temperature for several months. PAIRINGS: The best use of white artichoke sauce is as a pasta sauce. The contents of the package are useful for seasoning 2/3 servings (about 250 g of pasta). When the pasta is cooked, add the sauce and toss together for 1-2 minutes. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in hygienic environments. Avoid tipping the packages and check the condition of the packages if they are tipped over. If packaging is not intact, send for disposal. After opening, store the jar in a refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in clear glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact of the product with metal. The packaging material is reusable and contains no plastic. The packaging is recyclable. VISUAL EXAMINATION : Light gray color with green highlights, with pieces of artichoke and chopped parsley.
