Paccheri Rigati di Gragnano PGI, part of the Paccheri family, are a symbol of Gragnano’s tradition. They are made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina from the Frentane hills between Abruzzo and Molise. They are made according to the artisanal tradition of Pasta di Gragnano PGI in our historic pasta factory in Gragnano, in the Valle dei Mulini. They are bronze-drawn to best hold sauces and slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Being an artisanal product, we recommend tasting them several times during cooking, because pasta is like life; there are no instructions or timing required; it’s simply a matter of tasting them to see when they’re just right for you.
