Ruxià, the organic extra virgin olive oil.
This oil is very flavorful and “fresh,” so it may have a slight tingling sensation when the olives are slightly unripe. It’s suitable for any dish, but especially raw to fully appreciate it. The olives used are a mix of Taggiasca, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, and Frantoiana varieties.
Ruxià is available in 750 ml format.
