Very tasty and “fresh” oil, so it may slightly “tingle” in the throat when the olives used are slightly more unripe. It’s suitable for any type of dish, but especially raw to fully appreciate it. The olives used are a mix of Taggiasca, Pignola, Merlina, Colombara, Leccina, and Frantoiana varieties.
Ruxià is available in various formats: 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 750ml to satisfy every need.
