Sommariva Pickled Capers are a classic preserve, a must-have in every Italian kitchen. Made from our carefully selected traditionally grown capers, they’re preserved in high-quality vinegar to enhance their flavor. Perfect for adding to salads or to finish canapés and bruschetta.

Available in glass jars in the 120 g format (drained weight).

INGREDIENTS: Capers, water, wine vinegar (contains sulphites*), salt.
Any white particles in the brine are normal. Rinse the product under running water before use.
