Once the product has lost all its liquid, has reached a golden color and a gelatinous consistency, the jars are filled. The jam is pasteurized, ensuring the product’s preservation. PAIRINGS: It pairs perfectly with aged or smoked cheeses. It can also accompany various types of meat, favoring flavorful ones, especially roasted ones. HANDLING and STORAGE: Store the product away from light and heat sources in a hygienic environment at a maximum temperature of 33°C. Avoid overturning packages and check the condition of the packages in case of overturning. If the packaging is damaged, send it for disposal. After opening, store the jar in the refrigerator at +4°C. PACKAGING MATERIALS: The product is packaged in transparent glass jars intended for food use. The lids are made of steel with a food-grade rubber membrane that ensures the package is watertight and prevents direct contact between the product and the metal. The packaging material is reusable and does not contain plastic. The packaging is recyclable. Gelatinous, dark purple, almost black in color. Upon opening, you immediately notice the scent of onions, followed by the scent of vinegar and the delicate scent of bay leaves. It has a strong sweet and sour taste.
