1. Return Procedure
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must send written notice to UL\ISF by email to info@italiansublimefood.com or by registered letter A/R to: Naples, Italy, via Gianturco 66, C/O Soluzioni Italia Napoli

2. Conditions of Return
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
– The returned product must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary documentation).
– Shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the Customer.
– The return must be sent to UL\ISF within 14 working days from the date of notice of withdrawal.

3. Refund
UL\ISF will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, without shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, via the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection-related reasons, and have been opened after delivery.

Any complaints can be sent by email or registered letter to our address(info@italiansublimefood.com). We will respond in 7 working days.
